The Tg value refers to the glass transition temperature of CORE, which can be understood as the softening temperature of the board. , In the ordinary TG130, the TG150 of TG is higher than the TG170 of TG, and the Tg value of FR-4 glass fiber sheet used for different temperatures is different, such as:
