IC packaging carrier is called according to the purpose of PCB. Distinguish by PCB structure and by use. The two can better reflect PCB performance characteristics and reflect the technical level than distinguishing by structure.
Differentiation by use indicates the use of PCB, which may not accurately reflect its performance requirements. For example, the performance requirements of automotive PCB in different parts of the vehicle vary greatly.
